Accommodation
The apartment covers 36 m2 and can sleep four people, two in the double bed in the bedroom, and two in the small double in the living room (Click here to see floorplan).

Utilities
All utilities are included except calls made from the landline in the apartment. Local calls are free, but we will ask you to pay for the calls you've made to mobiles or to international numbers.

Internet
You can connect to the internet with your own laptop using our high-speed wifi connection. We also provide a laptop you can use for surfing, should you not wish to travel with your own.

Metro stations
The nearest metro stations are Anvers (line 2), Chateau Rouge (line 4), and Abbesses (line 12). It's quick and easy to move round Paris from here: Anvers to Charles de Gaulle-Etoile (Arc de Triomphe) is 11 minutes; Chateau Rouge to Les Halles 9 minutes, to Saint Michel/Notre Dame 13 minutes; Abbesses to the Galeries Lafayette 5 minutes, to Concorde 10 minutes.

No smoking policy
There is a no smoking policy in the apartment, however you are welcome to smoke on the balcony.

Check-in and out
Check-in time is usually after twelve noon. We will need to know your estimated arrival time so we can meet you and show you around the apartment. Check-out time is usually nine-thirty. If you have any special requirements with regard to arriving or leaving times we will do our best to accommodate you, and will let you stay longer on your last morning if we can possibly do so.

Please note:

The apartment is on the fifth (top) floor (sixth floor American-style) of a narrow old typical Montmartre building and there is no lift. Accessing the apartment is completely comfortable for a healthy and even relatively fit person, but the fairly steep walk up the hill of Montmartre and then the stairs may not suit elderly people.

The apartment is not suitable for young children as there is a balcony and a low window in the living area.

Rates
€100 / night (minimum 3 nights). There's a short stay surcharge of €70 for stays less than 5 nights.
The rate is the same whether you are one, two, three or four people sleeping in the apartment.

Payment Details

• 50% of your total rent is due in order to confirm your reservation.

• The remaining 50% is due no later than 30 days before your arrival date.

• We will also ask you for a 400 € deposit in case of damage or breakages, which you can pay in cash on arrival. This will be returned to you when you leave, except in cases of damage or loss. If you've made phone calls, we will ask to retain a portion of the deposit in order to cover these - we'll return the balance to you afterwards, as we will need to work out the cost of your calls and this can't be done on the spot.

• Bookings made fewer than 30 days before your arrival require 100% rental payment within a week of your confirmed booking.

Payment may be made by:

• Cheque, in euros, sterling or US dollars (if paying in sterling or dollars, please use http://www.xe.com/ to make the conversion from the euro sum, and send the equivalent).

• Bank transfer in euros, sterling or US dollars (if paying in sterling or dollars, please use http://www.xe.com/ to make the conversion from the euro sum, and send the equivalent).

• Paypal. If you have a Paypal account please send the required sum to am@alannahmoore.com.

• Credit card. You may pay online with a credit card via Paypal, even if you do not have a Paypal account. Please let us know if you’d like to pay this way and we will set up a payment page for you, for the right sum. (Paypal is the globally most-used online payment processor and is completely secure.)

Cancellation policy

• For cancellations made more than 60 days before your arrival date, a full refund of the sum you have paid will be given, less a 100 € booking fee.

• For cancellations made between 30 and 60 days of your arrival date, 50% of the total rental charge (plus the full 400 € damage deposit) will be refunded.

• We regret that cancellations made fewer than 30 days in advance of your arrival date are non-refundable.

• If you are obliged to cancel your booking you will receive a 10% discount on a future booking.

Refund of your damage deposit

We will usually refund most of this in cash when you leave, provided there has been no loss or breakage. If you have used the telephone, we will retain a portion to cover your calls as we will need to work out the costs after you've left.  The balance will later be sent to you by Paypal, cheque or bank transfer.
